Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition and packaging — to start a return, email us at aidenlovesmcdonalds@gmail.com before sending anything back, and approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Items returned after 30 days, or that have been used or washed, are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
